For teams that buy by procurement

When the app store isn't the buyer. We sign a contract.

Councils, large consultancies, and in-house teams need an annual contract, an invoice, and a renewal-rate cap. Solo and Practice live in the App Store. Enterprise lives here.

What's included

Built so the IT, legal, and procurement reviews all pass.

Procurement-friendly

Annual contract, invoice, PO

Pay by purchase order, annual invoice, in your local currency. Renewal-rate cap written into the contract so the second-year invoice doesn't surprise finance.

Identity

SSO + provisioning

SAML / OIDC SSO with your IdP (Microsoft, Google, Okta). SCIM provisioning so adding and removing surveyors is one ticket, not five logins.

Data

EU residency by default

Photos, jobs, reports, and voice transcripts stay inside the EU. DPA available on request, sub-processor list published, no model training on your data without explicit opt-in.

Brand

Custom-branded reports

Cover sheet, methodology header, and footer rendered in your house style. PDF metadata and filename pattern set to match your existing deliverable conventions.

Onboarding

Named contact, week-one rollout

We personally onboard your first three surveyors and walk the first real job with them. Slack or Teams channel for the first 90 days. Your team is productive in week one, not month three.

Pricing

From £999/mo · annual contract

Volume-based with seat tiers. Multi-year discounts available. Pricing held flat for the first two renewals at the contractually agreed cap.

Book a call

30 minutes with the founder.

Bring your procurement checklist, your IT lead, your hesitations. We'll walk through the app on your real site or one of ours, answer the contract and data questions, and tell you honestly if we're a fit.

  • Live walkthrough of the app on a tablet — voice capture, AI species ID, report drafting.
  • Answers to the SSO, DPA, sub-processor, and renewal-cap questions in plain English.
  • Honest fit check. If we're wrong for your team, we'll say so and point you somewhere better.

One reply within one business day. We don't add you to a marketing list.

Procurement FAQ

The questions your IT lead will ask.

  • Why isn't Enterprise sold through the App Store?

Procurement teams pay by invoice on annual PO. The App Store / Play Store can't issue a PO, can't send an invoice in your local currency, and can't sign your council's standard contract. We sell Enterprise direct, by annual contract, the way procurement expects.

  • Can you sign our standard contract?

Yes — we accept your paper. We've had council standard contracts and consultancy MSAs on the table; we redline rather than reissue. If your standard has a non-negotiable clause, send it; we'll tell you on the call whether we can sign as-is.

  • What does SSO cost?

Nothing. SSO is included in every Enterprise contract. We don't believe in the SaaS pattern of charging extra for the security feature your IT department mandates.

  • Where does our data live?

Frankfurt, EU. Postgres, photo storage, voice transcripts, generated PDFs — all EU residency. Sub-processor list available on request. No customer data crosses the EU border without your written permission.

  • Do you train on our data?

No. We don't train any AI model on customer data without an explicit opt-in. The voice→form parser and the report drafter run on per-request inference; nothing is retained for model training.

  • What happens at renewal?

We agree a renewal-rate cap in the original contract — typically CPI + 3%. The cap is contractual, not a polite intention. The second and third year invoices won't surprise your finance team.

  • Can we get a pilot before the annual contract?

Yes. Two-month paid pilot at month-on-month rate, with the right (not the obligation) to convert into the annual contract. If it doesn't work for you, you walk away with everything in Read-Only Lite — your data, your photos, your reports, exportable forever.

  • Who do we call when something breaks?

The founder, directly. You get a mobile number in your contract. For the first 90 days, a shared Slack or Teams channel with response inside two business hours.
