I can't log in.
tree·canopy signs you in with a magic link. Check the inbox for the email you used to sign up, then tap the link on the same device. If it hasn't arrived in two minutes, check spam, then email us and we'll sort it.
How do I cancel or change my subscription?
Solo and Practice are billed through the App Store or Google Play, so the cancel button lives there — open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. We can't cancel an app-store subscription on your behalf, but email us and we'll walk you through it step by step.
Can I get my data and reports out?
Yes — always. Your jobs, photos, and PDFs are yours. You can export them at any time, and they stay exportable even if you stop paying. Email us if you'd like a full export and we'll help.
The AI got a species wrong.
That's expected — species ID is an AI suggestion, and the surveyor confirms. Correct it in the app before you finish the survey. If a particular tree keeps tripping it up, send us the photo and we'll feed it back into the model.
I found a bug or the app crashed.
Email us with your device, OS version, and what you were doing when it happened. A screen recording helps a lot. Bugs that block a live survey jump the queue — say so in the subject line.
I want to delete my account.
Email us from the address on the account and we'll confirm, then remove your account and the data tied to it. We'll tell you exactly what gets deleted and when before anything happens.
We're a council or larger team.
That's Enterprise — annual contract, SSO, EU data residency, named onboarding. Start on the Enterprise page or email us and we'll set up a call.
