When the work is done, the invoice has its own link where the customer can pay by card on a secure Stripe page. You get paid without another tool.

Two updates, neither written by you.

The two calls you never get round to making are the two the customer wants. Both go out in your name, written from the work you already logged. Nothing for you to type.

When it’s booked

“You’re in the diary.”

The customer knows the work is scheduled and what it covers, so nobody rings the office on Thursday to ask.

When it’s done

“Here’s what we did.”

A completion report goes out with the work and the photos on it. Good for the customer, good for the next quote.

No bars down the back lane.

Everything you say, shoot and pin is written to the phone first. It queues there until there is signal, then it goes up on its own.

That line is the point. The app tells you what is still on the phone and what has actually reached the server. It does not tell you the job is saved and then quietly drop it. And if an upload fails, it goes back in the queue rather than out of existence.

Name the tree and what is wrong with it.

Photograph a leaf or the bark and the app suggests the species. A photo of the damage gets you a read on what is wrong with it. You stand next to the customer with a name and a reason.

A seat is an office login: you, anyone writing surveys and quotes, anyone booking work in. Crew leads and crew members never use a seat on any plan, Solo included, and there is no limit on how many you add. Take someone on in March and it costs you nothing.
