Quote it on the spot

Say the price too.
It lands on the line.

“Take the dead ash down, twelve hundred, chip on site.” The work and the number both go on the recommendation. Tick the lines you want, add a note, send it. You never open a spreadsheet.

  • 01

    One tree, one breath

Species, condition, the work you'd do, the price you'd charge — in the order you'd say it out loud.

  • 02

Send only the lines you want

Tick the recommendations for this batch. The rest stay on the list for next time.

  • 03

    Your currency, your tax note

Set once. Every proposal after that carries it.

What we don't do yet

We don't invoice and we don't take payments. The quote and the job are covered; the invoice still goes out of whatever you use today. Invoicing is on the list, and we'll say so here when it lands.

They say yes

Accepted online.
Straight onto the crew's list.

Send a link. The customer reads it on their phone and accepts, line by line if they only want some of it. You see exactly what they saw and exactly what they said yes to — no “I never agreed to that” six weeks later.

  • 01

    No login for the customer

A link in an email. They accept or decline in the browser.

  • 02

    Part-accept is normal

They take two of the four trees. The other two stay on your list instead of vanishing.

  • 03

Accepted work becomes a Tree Works Order

One tap turns the yes into a job the crew can be sent to.

Customer comms

Two updates. Neither one written by you.

The two calls you never get round to making are the two the customer wants. Both go out in your name, written from the work you already logged — nothing for you to type.

When it's booked

“You're in the diary.”

The customer knows the work is scheduled and what it covers, so nobody rings the office on Thursday to ask.

When it's done

“Here's what we did.”

A completion report goes out with the work and the photos on it. Good for the customer, good for the next quote.

Never lost

No bars down the back lane. Nothing is lost.

Everything you say, shoot and pin is written to the phone first. It queues there until there is signal, then it goes up on its own.

Waiting to sync · 3 photos, 1 voice note

That line is the point. The app tells you what is still on the phone and what has actually reached the server. It does not tell you the job is saved and then quietly drop it — and if an upload fails, it goes back in the queue rather than out of existence.

Photo to species

Sound like the expert.
Because you have the answer.

Photograph a leaf or the bark and the app suggests the species. A photo of the damage gets you a read on what is wrong with it. You are standing next to the customer with a name and a reason, not a maybe.

  • 01

    The AI suggests, you confirm

Nothing lands on the record until you pick it. You're still the arborist.

  • 02

    It shows its confidence

A percentage next to each match, so you know when to look closer.

  • 03

    Good for the quote

Species and condition on the proposal is why the customer takes yours over the cheaper one.

Your crew's language. Your customer's too.

The app speaks seven languages, and so do the documents the customer gets — the proposal and the completion report, not just the buttons.

Your crew is free

Bring your whole crew for nothing. Only the office pays.

A seat is an office login — you, anyone writing surveys and quotes, anyone booking work in. Crew leads and crew members never use a seat on any plan, Solo included, and there is no limit on how many you add. Take someone on in March and it costs you nothing.

Six people, two seats

  • You, running the firm1 seat
  • One surveyor writing the quotes1 seat
  • Four climbers and groundiesFree

Six of you on the books, two of the five seats used. Practice Crew comes with five office seats, so there are three left for the day you need them. Drop the surveyor and it is a one-seat firm on Solo — the four on the tools are still free.

Pricing

One flat price. The crew is free.

Five office seats — you and four more. Everyone on the tools comes for nothing, on either plan. No per-seat maths, no sales call, no quote-only page.
